Volunteering for SOFAR
SOFAR is an all-volunteer organization. We depend on the generosity of mental health professionals to offer their services pro bono. Volunteering your time and expertise for this worthy endeavor is indispensable to the families SOFAR serves and can be very rewarding to you.

All volunteer applicants will need to submit the following documents along with a copy of the applicant's license in a mental health profession and a copy of the applicant's malpractice insurance face sheet. Please print out the SOFAR Questionnaire and the Ethical Questionnaire and mail them to:
